- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to stay abreast of changing immigration policies.
- Documentation Verification:
- Manage and verify client documentation to meet immigration requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted materials.
- Visa Lodgment:
- Prepare and submit visa applications in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor application progress and address any issues promptly.
- Legal Compliance Check:
- Conduct legal checks on behalf of the company to ensure compliance with immigration laws.
- Work closely with legal teams to resolve any identified issues.
- Client Background Check:
- Perform background checks on clients to assess potential risks and legal implications.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–4 years of experience in operations.
- In-depth knowledge of regulations and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
