The Entrepreneur Work Visa allows you to establish and work in your own business in New Zealand. This visa is initially granted for 12 months, provided you have NZD $100,000 to invest, a solid business plan, and 120 points on the points scale. If you successfully set up your business as planned, you can extend your visa for another 24 months, giving you a total of three years to operate your business in New Zealand. This visa also allows you to study for up to three months and enter and leave New Zealand freely.
