Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Head Recruitment Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and enhance our talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, team management, and a strong focus on aligning recruitment goals With the company's overall strategy. This role requires a dynamic individual who can attract top talent, develop recruitment processes, and foster a positive candidate experience.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
- Align recruitment goals with overall business objectives, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide insights on market trends.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss recruitment progress and strategies.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze recruitment metrics and feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Implement best practices in candidate assessment and selection to enhance the quality of hires.
Employer Branding:
- Develop and promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in recruitment, with 10 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
